My daughter is only 6 years, below 2 teeth fell and the new ones have come. But now above front 2 teeth are about to fall.. I am worried as it is too early I think. Please advice.

It’s normal for your child’s upper two teeth to fall at around 6-7 years. If they don’t, once they grow up there are chances he might have a malocclusion wherein your tooth are not aligned and properly. So there’s nothing to worry.
