Once a cavity has developed it is not going to heal on its own. You should not stop brushing your teeth but that is not going to improve the condition of the cavity. You need to visit dentist as soon as possible so that the accurate condition of the teeth can be evaluated so that the right treatment options can be given to you. The treatment can vary from a simple tooth coloured filling to root canal treatment followed by crown.
Next Steps
do not delay this treatment till the situation aggravates further and becomes symptomatic.
