Having frequent urination with slight pain above pubic bone. It's been 2 days. Also had my period today, having cramps and back pain. It's very uncomfortable. Frequent urination gets better at night but reoccurs again at noon. I have been drinking lots of water. What should I do? I googled and it showed symptoms of uti.

Avoid holding urine for longer duration if it is an infection watch for fever burning of urine and frequency of urination.
