Frequent urination

I am having problem of frequent urination (within half an hour), feeling thirsty more. Sometimes having anxiety attack ( restlessness, breathing difficulty) and i am gaining weight instead of running and exercise. What should i do, which doctor to consult?

If u drink lot of water u will  have increased frequency Check if u r diabetic
