Frequent Skin Ulcers causing heavy pain

I'm suffering from frequent skin ulcers which are causing Hugh pain surrounding the ulcers. The ulcers are in Red color, the photo is attached. I had these ulcers on my face, hand and head causing heavy pain. Previously it used to release red liquid type thing. Attached the picture
