Frequent Panic Attack

Hello Doctor, I am getting frequent panic attacks in recent times. When I get excited or get stressed, suddenly this panic attack comes. I start to feel confused, irritated, frustrated. This happens when both something happy or sad happens. Is there something I can do about that?

Hi Much like deep breathing, muscle relaxation techniques can help stop your panic attack in its tracks by controlling your body's response as much as possible. Consciously relax one muscle at a time, starting with something simple like the fingers in your hand, and move your way up through your body. I will help you understand this in detail. Getting to the roots of anxiety is very important Consult with me or any psychologist for therapy and counseling All the best
