Frequent muscle cramps

2023-04-26 10:02:05
I am facing muscle cramps from more than 2 months now in both arms and thights. My calf muscles are tight. Its never reduced in this 2 months. Also morning when i wake up from my bed i feel pins and needles in both my feet but goes off after 5-10 mins and have never faced this issue anyother time except morning when i wake up.I am pre diabetic and have thyroid but both are under control with medicines. What could be the possible reason? What test can be taken to confirm the root cause?

You have enough problems to seek a formal consultation with a General Physician in your area. It will be more satisfying in long term.
