Frequent Head/Neck pain

Since past few days, I have been having severe pain frm front part of head,it follows behnd right ear,2 below the jaw,2 rear head, rear right neck & below rear shoulder,as if its followin a drawn out line. tried pain relief spray,no success.I took saridon in the afternoon,wit little success.neck feels strained.pls HELP
