Frequent burping and discomfort

I am getting burp frequently for the past 3 days and facing chest and stomach discomfort. A medicine Rabekind DSR is prescribed for me. I am also having Constipation. Is above medicine works for Constipation also or do you suggest any medicine for this.

Its a good Medication. Take it empty stomach in morning for best results. 1. Dietary changes are required- Increase your fluid and fiber intake Further consultation should be taken if not resolved.

The medication given is to treat reflux.  You can add Gelusil MPS chewable tablets 3 to 4 times daily for additional relief. Avoid lying down immediately after food for about an hour and ave smaller meals at a time to reduce chance of reflux. Additionally if you are overweight reducing your weight through active lifestyle/moderate intensity exercise daily for atleast 15 min may help
