Hi, I am 33 years old and I am having frequent bowel movement(3 to 4 times) from past 8 days. sometimes It happens right after meals(15 to 20min) and sometime after a  hour or two. There is no abdominal pain or anything. But the urgency for the bowel movement Is unbareable.. Please suggest.. will be very thankful for the help.

if does not come down consult with a Gastroenterologist for proper clinical evaluation
