Dear Practo user ,
Low backache is not a simple problem and without simple solution when pain is frequent . The aim would be to establish diagnosis ( cause of such pain) , which may arise due to Disc, Facet ( spine) joints, Nerve (if radiating to legs) , muscles , Sacroiliac joints or erector spine muscles ( supporting muscles of back ) . My advise would be to get examined by Orthopaedician trained in spine or interventional pain management specialist near by to establish the cause . Once cause is found , treatment can be started , till then any medicine or exercises will be like shooting in darkness . Hope it helps
