I am suffering from frequent back pain.Sometimes it radiates to upper back.I do gym but this time pain is not going.I have history of muscle spasm in back.
Kindly advice
Muscle spasm may be due to improper weights lifting or posture or sprain in muscle.
Take regular painkillers for few days and avoid exercise for few weeks.
Take as much rest as possible.
