Free fluid in Pouch of Douglas

Hello doctor I have attached my USG report and image of that fluid. This USG date is 22nd November. My question is that, is this fluid small amount or large amount? Is it serious? Recently I have gone through a laproscopy gallbladder stone surgery on 3rd October. Before that I did USG on 20th september then my Pouch of Douglas was clear. Yesterday I got my period.

If you have done USG just after periods or midcycle then this is normal. If not then may be there is some infection

Minimal free fluid is there. Its normal to have it during midcycle and during menses.
