Fractured fifth metatarsal...3 week cast

Fractured fifth metatarsal...3 week cast but no improvement.. Now using ankle support for a week but no change. Any suggestion?

Cast for 6 weeks minimum.. Ankle support is of no use. You can go for a synthetic walking cast.

Do you still have pain same as it was before plaster then there is something to worry If the pain is reduced and only Xray is what you are worried about then don't worry it will become alright but do post x-rays to give true opinion and Xray healing signs will only be seen after six weeks

Is it base of 5th metatarsal (jones) fracture? Share X Rays. Jones fracture are notorious to heal sometimes. Need to see xrays.
