My sister's root canaled anterior tooth fractured & her dentist restored it with metal post & composite. She is carefully eating everything from back side .Can she eat very soft food like bread banana pizza from front teeth / can't use them

yes she can eat soft food. if the restoration is done properly it should not be a trouble. i would suggest if she have not got the crown done for her tooth its better to get it done.
