Sir my left ulna has been fracture and doctor applied cast for 12 weeks now after removal of cast i do exercises after how many days my hand will full motion

Confirm union of fracture as seen on x ray. Start physiotherapy. Gradual return to usual  activities .

Does the xray show the fracture has united and healed? You will need to start physiotherapy to improve the movement. Depending on the type of plaster you had (above the elbow or below the elbow) the time for improvement of the mobility will vary from 2-4 weeks to 8-12 weeks
