Foul smell in mouth, urine and sweat

I am 26 years male. I am facing issue of smell in mouth, urine and sweat. I came to know recently that this might be due to increase in urea content. I recently had Urine Routine and the report shows Urea(mg/dl) - 32.00 Uric Acid(mg/dl) - 6.30 Please advice.
