Hi Thanks for reaching out. I understand you are hurt about a person not treating you well. When a person hurts you, the thoughts keep coming and it is difficult to move on. It is not easy to forget about what happened. You can however move on from it and have peace of mind. To feel better consult a psychologist for counselling sessions. Take care of yourself and give yourself space and time to heal. Counselling sessions will help you.
Next Steps
Consult a psychologist.

I understand that forgiving can be incredibly challenging, especially when you have to see the person regularly. It's important to acknowledge your feelings and give yourself time to heal. While it might be tough, focus on your own well-being and try not to let their happiness affect yours. Over time, as you invest in your own growth and happiness, the negative feelings might gradually lessen. If needed, consider talking to a counselor or therapist who can provide personalized guidance and coping strategies.

The ability to forgive is very difficult to achieve.  It also depends upon the intensity of  your emotional experience with the person concerned. Before you try to forgive ......try to bring back a state of normalcy in your mind and life. Right now you are in a state of conflict and are fighting to achieve something which is very difficult.
Next Steps
Meeting a clinical psychologist  to understand yourself well is needed.
