Fordyce spots on lips

Few months back i noticed fordyce spots and i m losing natural pigment of my lips. It looks really bad and i want to know if there is permanent solution to get rid of this. My upper lip has almost caught that and lower one is getting it too. I feel really embarrased becz of these. Please guide properly. I would prefer oral medication or creams or gel instead of surgeries
