For weight gain

Hey Doctor, I am an ectomorph . I can't gain weight even if I am putting alot of efforts for gaining. I am trying my best by eating alot of calories and doing weight training exercises 3-5 days in a week . I want to do a job but I am underconfident and have social anxiety because of my lean and skinny body. Can you please help me with some diet plans for acheiving my comfort body .

Only eating more is not solution...u hv to set proper day routine, right combination of food and few activities those can increase hunger and healthy energy...than slowly u can focus on weight gain diet and routine...after 4 to 5 mnth u will see supper results...for better results can consult with dietician.

Take home cooked meals comprising all nutrients macros and micros. Take good fats, carbs n protein. Limit all processed preserved packaged and outside food completely. Stop hard drinks and smoking if any. Take good water intake of atleast 3-4 lit a day. Alongwith the dietary changes, lifestyle modifications must be done like Physical activity for atleast 1 hour, time discipline should be fixed for all meals and other activities. Can surely help to make you gain weight appropriate for your height and age,although you have mentioned you have increased your calories not sure how much you are taking & what is the ratio in which you are consuming the macro nutrients, & are there defeciency and whether input is less than the calories burned through your activity( whether it is overactivity) all can assessed only if you connect online & share the details.
