For Sudden dizziness & related weakness

Hello, Since past two days I have sudden bouts of dizziness. I ignored it at first thinking could be general weakness, or may be I stood up too fast or stress or something. But now today I feel very dizzy (was fine in the morning) What can be causes and what should be my next step? Many thanks
