Respected sir, Sir for the last few days I have been suffering from cold and dry cough and i feel bad smell when I'm coughing and few cold out from mouth whenever I'm coughing, Different sound is coming from chest now I'm very hurting for it sir please give me some medicines for it ?

Seems you have secretions in throat,  which are goul smelling. Get cbc, x ray chest done and share results. Till then drink warm liquids. Take tab augmentin 625mg one every 8hours for 5 days, syp benadryl 5m.l. every 8hours,  do some steam inhalation.
