Hello Doctor, My son has been vomiting and is not taking food properly. He is also suffering from cough and cold. Kindly advise what should be done and if any medication is required. Thank you. Vivan 4.8 year Weight 18 kg

I wouldn't advise drug straight away without seeing the child atleast online. It's important to assess the dehydration and cause for vomiting before just giving symptomatic medication. Kindly consult your local pediatrician or can consult me here in practo.
