which medicine is helpful during sudden heart attack with genaral symptoms like, chest pain, trouble in breathing, burning sensation in chest and sweating?

DO NOT GIVE ANY MEDICINE to any other individual or yourself without consulting a doctor when you think that some one is getting heart attack.
We get a few patients in Emergency room who come to us with heart attack with already taken medication (their neighbors advised) which makes it difficult for us to stabilize the patient. Sorbitrate is one of them.
Sorbitrate is one type of nitroglycerin.
Sorbitrate can be used in angina i.e. chest pain due to poor flow of blood to heart muscles. Only to be prescribed by doctor.
Not in all cases of heart attack, Sorbitrate is advisable.
It depends on type of heart attack and presenting features.
CPR is cardio pulmonary resuscitation and is never used in heart attack.
It is used in case of cardiac arrest(heart stops to function suddenly).
Oral medication like Sorbitrate is never given after CPR. All medicines used in life threatening condition like cardiac arrest are intravenous and used in hospital set up by trained doctors.

But never practice it like a doctor and advice any medicine to your neighbor and relatives. you can keep a lot of medicine including sorbitrate in your pocket. But never use a single one without advice of a doctor.
