Having foot pain from February due to covid situation didnt go to doctor for treatment. Initially I thought must be sprain or muscle compression like that . I applied pain relievers cream but still it pains the same .I can tolerate the pain but I want to know the cause of pain .I attached the pic where it pains through marking .. I will consult doctor through practo but without x ray how can they diagnose and I dont want pain killer tablets..

Needs more history and needs clinical examination. By that time you can do hot water fomentation and apply dynapar qps plus spray. For further information you can do online consultation or can reach out clinic.

1. Remove the ring from the toe. 2.fomantation in warm water 3. paracetamol 1 tab bd x 2days 4. Multivitamin 1 tab od x 2 5.  Consult on video, if no relief.
