Foot Pain- X-ray attached

I had pain in my left foot inner side since a long time. Recently i started dancing, walking and swimming. The pain got increased. I got an X-ray of my foot. I would like to know what it is that makes it painful. PFA x-ray.

• Calf Stretches • Standing calf stretch • Stand away from a wall and.put your fight foot behind you and be sure your toes are facing forward. Lean forward at the ankle while bending the right knee and keeping your heel on the ground. Hold this for 30 to 60 seconds. Repeat 10 times a twice a day.

You seem to have flat feet. A small bone called accessory navicular is seen on the x-ray. Avoid the impact activities that you are currently doing. Meet a physiotherapist for some arch maintaining exercises and use an arch support.

If you got on inner side of the foot- need to asses the strength of your tibialis posterior muscle. It may be due to strain on assessary navicular. You might benefit from arch support. Consult orthopaedic doctor
