I had a hairline fracture in the little toe and it has been more than 4 months since the fracture, but the pain still persists in the foot. If I take pain killers, there is no pain. But apart from this, if I do other activities like gym or running, I have problems in my legs.
Fomantation with warm water twice a day along with foot and ankle exercises should help you.
Gradual return to usual activities is the dictum that you should follow.
Before , Sports and gym exercises, you should warm up.
