Hi The post workout meal really depends from the individual to individual as they are on their ideal body weight or not and what they are taking in the whole day. But I am mentioning few post workout meal and pre workout meals as follow but I would suggest you meet an expert for personalized options Pre workout meals 1. Oatmeal (or other whole-grain cereal) with milk and fruit 2. Apple with nut butter (peanut, almond, etc) 3. Trail mix that includes both nuts and fruit 4. Greek yogurt (or other high-protein yogurt) with fruit 5. Peanut butter and jelly or peanut butter and banana sandwich 6. Smoothie with fruit and protein powder Post workout 1. Grilled chicken with roasted vegetables. 2. Egg omelet with avocado spread on toast. 3. Salmon with sweet potato. 4. Tuna salad sandwich on whole grain bread. 5. Tuna and crackers. 6. Oatmeal, whey protein, banana and almonds. 7. Cottage cheese and fruits Disclaimer: if you suffering from any medical issue the options may vary Meet a Dietician/Nutritionist for personalized diet plan Eat healthy!! Stay Healthy !!
