First trimester- anything that she likes and can tolerate (as she may have nausea and vomiting) plus supplements prescibed to you by your physician
All trimesters- water intake( in any form of liquid), green leafy vegetables, fruits, dry fruits, milk, source of proteins (eggs/pulses/dals) increased with regular walks or prenatal exercise and your supplements.
