You have used the word "hell" three times in three sentences. Please consult with a Gastroenterologist in your area for a physical examination and an upper GI endoscopy (if he recommends) .

As you have previous history of acidity issues ,it could be due to gastritis and esophagitis ,h pylori infection.Avoid spicy oily and sour food .Take PPI tablet like pan D 40 /30 mg once daily for a few days. You may need a upper gastrointestinal endoscopy to determine the cause.

If you're experiencing a burning sensation in your food pipe, consider these precautions: Dietary Changes: Avoid spicy, acidic, or greasy foods. Small Meals: Opt for smaller, more frequent meals rather than large portions. Hydration: Stay well-hydrated, but avoid acidic beverages like citrus juices. Posture: Sit upright during and after meals to reduce acid reflux. Avoid Late Eating: Refrain from eating close to bedtime. Loose Clothing: Wear loose-fitting clothes to avoid pressure on your stomach. Quit Smoking: If applicable, consider quitting smoking. Elevate Head while Sleeping: Prop up your head with pillows when sleeping.
