Does my follicular study seems ok? Taking only ovares plus for a month. Multiple follicular growth noticed, does this mean there is any chance of twin pregnancy?

Only one dominant follicle will ovulate. In your case 2 follicles seem maturing. Further ultrasound will clear the picture. In ovulation induction chances of twin pregnancy is there.
