Recently I had my blood tests. My b12 is 230 Folate is 0.41 ng/ml Vitamin D3 is 28 Are they normal values?

The levels are within acceptable range. You should take Vit D3 supplements for 6-8 weeks because getting Vitamin D3 in a natural manner is difficult.
