Post c section after catheter removal urine came with burning sensation and bit foamy. waited till 6 weeks to resolve on it own. but it didn't go away. took urine tests albumin trace and 5-6 puss cell in cue uacr 28mg/g upcr 0.21 creatine 0.8 egfr 127 what should i do, used antiboitics upon gync recommendation but no use

Get a urine culture test done Increase fluid intake Meet a doctor in person for examination as perineal excoriation also gives you a burning sensation if urine has no infection
