My niece has fever... if she takes syrup it reduces but increases again after few hours... what should be done in such case..pls reply asap

For the time being you can give paracetamol for the fever which is a symptom of an underlying infection. Infection could be viral, urinary tract, ear infection etc. If fever persists I would recommend seeing a doctor.
