Can two flu vac be taken at 28 days interval i .e. 6th month and 7th month ??? And when to take the 2nd year flu vac annually ?? Whthr MR vac is sufficient or MMR needs to be given ??? Pls guide in detail

Yes. In the 1st year 2 doses are recommended at 1 month interval. Then once a year every year. May is good time to take the flu vaccine every year. MMR is recommended by Indian academy of pediatrics as mumps vaccine is there in it. Mumps can cause serious problems

The Flu vac are to be taken at 6th and 7 th months and then from next year annually. This is usually given before the beginning of Monsoon. MMR is better than MR. MMR contains extra mumps. Thought we don't see much of mumps but MMR is available as a single combination and to be preferred
