Flu/ cold with headache and diziness

From last 1 month i am having flu  symptoms like nose congestion, bodyache , headache on right top head ,diziness, tingling in left hand and ringing sound in ears. Currently i am taking following medicine from one month but no improvement: Rablet L Alerid D Neurobion Nasal spray flomist nasivion etc. Pls suggest
