My eyes millions of tiny dots sea.after 8 years. Please I have very tense. Future risk factors. Yes and no.

Floaters are usually nonpathological and you will have to learn to omit them but please get your fundus examination done by an ophthalmologist first to rule out the possibility of retinal problem.
