Flexion problem after ACL surgery

My knee is not bending after 30 days of my ACL surgery, unable to bend the knee after so much trying, feeling pain while flexion and swelling is there. How to do and which exercise for flexion easily. Pls describe in detail. Knee patella is also not moving though I am giving hot water steam by a towel. Pls advise clearly

After 30 days I expect up to 120 degrees of knee flexion but it varies from patient to patient. I think you should visit a good sports physio and try applying ice pack. Mild Swelling after acl reconstruction is fine but if it's too much you need to consult your primary surgeon

Meet a physiotherapist who will be able to help you. Be agressive. If it doesn't resolve in a month's time, you may need arthroscopic adhesiolysis..
