Age of daughter? You should go for fiber optic laryngoscopy , and X-ray neck . If during fiber optic laryngoscopy , fish bone is seen . It should be removed under LA/GA. If is swallowed nd reached in stomach. It may paas out with stool

Hi, I am Dr. Atul Kumar Nimawat MS ENT. If your daughter is experiencing discomfort while eating solid food even after 48 hours of swallowing a fish bone, it’s possible that the bone might still be lodged or has caused minor injury or irritation to the throat. Since she has no difficulty in breathing or speaking, it’s less likely to be an emergency, but I would still recommend visiting an ENT specialist.
Next Steps
A simple throat examination or laryngoscopy can help determine if the bone is still present or if the symptoms are due to residual inflammation or minor trauma.
Health Tips
Early evaluation can help prevent any potential complications.
