You could have cornflakes, but it is high in carbohydrates and sugar , with very less nutritional value. So you could always change it with other options such as products which are rich in iron and folic acid spinach , oats , sprouts , green leafy vegetables , parathas, date and banana shakes, a dose of vitamin c is essential add a refreshing juice or citrus fruit in your diet.
