First time pregnant

My wife is pregnant for first time and its been 4 weeks now. We conformed pregnancy using the kit available at medical shop. When we have to visit a gynecologist ? What questions we have to ask ? Do we need to do any scan / xray ? Need suggestions. Please help

Hi. Congratulations. As your pregnancy test positive , need to do certain blood tests which r basic like rubella, toxo, blood group, hemoglobin electrophoresis, tsh , cbc and urine etc.then you can do ultrasound  tvs for cardiac activity after 6wks of preg. Take folic acid and meet gyn so that she will tell everything about food etc .
