First left lower molar tooth

I have had cavity filling on first left lower molar in 2018. Tooth becomes sensitive after that and dentist adjusted that tooth several times. I can't chew anything on that tooth. I feel like , I am not able to exert enough force to chew on. So I avoid chewing on that tooth. I have some issues on the right side jaw and molars. So now I chew on the left side and eat only soft foods. Since this lower left first molar doesn't bite the solid foods. I had deep cleaning last week on the same side. I had to bite on a peanut on this left side molar 2 days ago. I felt some discomfort when I chewed that peanut on this molar. I took ibuprofen for pain. I noticed that this molar has brown color edges on the side of the molar and it's only on the mesial side of that tooth. Attaching the picture. I tried to zoom in and took a picture of this tooth. This tooth still has some discomfort and sore. Blue arrow points to the brown color. Red arrow points to white spot in gum which is there for 2yrs

The brown color on the edges of your molar and the discomfort you're experiencing could be indicative of a number of issues, including recurrent decay, staining, or a potential problem with the filling itself. The white spot on your gum could be unrelated, but it's important to have both issues examined by a dentist to get an accurate diagnosis. Given your history of cavity filling, tooth sensitivity, and discomfort while chewing, it's advisable to schedule an appointment with your dentist. They will be able to assess the tooth's condition, possibly take X-rays to see the extent of the issue, and recommend the appropriate treatment. The discomfort you're feeling might be due to various factors such as improper bite, infection, or irritation of the tooth's nerve. A dentist can evaluate the tooth and recommend the best course of action, which might involve replacing the filling, addressing any decay or infection, or other necessary treatments. It's always best to consult with a professional dentist to get an accurate diagnosis and personalized treatment plan based on your specific situation. They can address your concerns and provide the appropriate guidance to ensure your oral health is maintained.

pictures not clear at all. Please visit a dentist and ask to take an X Ray to rule out infections beyond the confines of the filled structure. You will also be able to know the status of your bone in the area. Also, check if your tooth still feels a high point. if so, get it trimmed.

Hi, Regarding the brown spot, it could be a stain or starting of a dental caries. I suggest you meet a dentist and get a clinical evaluation done. I suggest you get an X-ray taken for the tooth you are experiencing sensitivity and discomfort. The filling could be fractured or there could be secondary decay.
