Finger joints pain

I have been suffering from finger joint pain in the  fingers of both hands since 04 days, please suggest. I am not doing any hard work with my hand. For the first day I had pain in only the right hand index finger joints. But the pain is now in  all fingers joints. I experienced the pain more when I woke up after sleeping.

This suggest of Arthritis and u need to undergo some blood tests done.
Next Steps
CBP,ESR,CRP,RA FACTOR, SERUM URIC ACID get these tests done.
