Thank you for explaining your case in detail 🙏. Let’s break it down step by step: --- ## 🔎 What your symptoms suggest 1. **Chronic fatigue, body pain, muscle weakness** * Even though **Vitamin D & B12** are now normal, weakness can persist if your body hasn’t fully rebuilt strength (ojas in Ayurveda). * Low absorption from gut issues (IBS-D) may also mean your cells are not utilizing nutrients properly. 2. **IBS-D (frequent loose stools, urgency after meals)** * This points to **Vata + Pitta imbalance** with poor Agni (digestion). * Continuous bowel clearing depletes energy and causes weakness, poor nutrient absorption, and body ache. 3. **Granulomas in chest (X-ray finding)** * Commonly seen after old infections (e.g., TB, fungal, sarcoidosis). If it’s healed/inactive, it usually **doesn’t cause daily weakness**, but active granulomas may cause fatigue. * You should confirm with your chest physician/pulmonologist whether this is **inactive scarring** or needs follow-up. 4. **Grade 1 Fatty Liver** * Early stage, usually reversible with diet and lifestyle. * Can add to sluggishness, poor digestion, and body heaviness. --- ## 🌿 Ayurvedic View * **IBS-D** = Grahani dosha → malabsorption → weakness. * **Fatty liver** = Kapha–Pitta accumulation in liver. * **Body pain + weakness** = Vata aggravation due to chronic depletion. So your **root problem is digestion (Agni imbalance)** → malabsorption → low strength (Ojas) → fatigue + pain. --- ## ✅ What You Can Do ### 1. **For IBS-D** * *****Vati** – 1 tablet twice daily after meals (very effective for IBS-D, reduces frequency). * *****Churna** – ½ tsp with warm water, twice daily. ### 2. **For digestion & liver** * *****Vati** – 1 tablet twice daily after food (helps liver + digestion). * Avoid heavy, oily, fried food. Prefer warm, light diet. ### 3. **For weakness & body pain** * *****powder** – 1 tsp with warm milk at night (if digestion tolerates). * ******** – 20 ml with equal warm water after meals for body aches. ### 4. **Lifestyle** * Eat at fixed times, avoid eating late night. * Avoid cold water, chilled food, excessive tea/coffee. * Gentle yoga, pranayama (esp. anulom-vilom, bhramari) daily. --- ## ⚠️ When to Recheck * If you have **persistent fever, weight loss, night sweats, or worsening cough**, you must revisit chest physician → granuloma may need further workup. * For IBS-D, if you see **blood in stool, severe weight loss, or pain**, get colonoscopy ruled out. Would you like me to prepare a **step-wise 1 month Ayurvedic plan (morning–night routine with medicines, diet, and home remedies)** so you can follow it systematically and track progress? Advice- self medication is hazardous, always consult ayurvedic doctor before taking ayurvedic medicine. Consult me personally for details.

Main cause for your symptoms is IBS, As both metabolism and absorption is hampered there will be deficiencies of vitamins and minerals, hence IBS(in ayurveda Agni) should corrected first. U can start with oral medicines like Dadimadya ghrita, or mixture of pravala pisti, mukta bhasma, shanka bhasma with Dadimastaka choorna Or consult particular ayurvedic physician where medicines will be prescribed after proper examination

Your symptoms seem to be coming from multiple factors together rather than just one cause. IBS-D itself can cause weakness, lethargy, and body pains over time because frequent stools lead to poor nutrient absorption. Even if vitamin D and B12 are corrected, if digestion and absorption are weak, body tissues still do not get proper nourishment. Fatty liver adds to sluggish metabolism and tiredness. The chest X-ray finding of granulomas usually indicates an old, healed infection and is less likely to be the main cause of your current complaints, but it should be kept under observation. In Ayurveda, such a condition is often linked with low digestive fire (mandagni) and impaired tissue nourishment (dhatukshaya). Management usually includes regulating digestion, strengthening the gut, improving liver health, and gradually building energy through diet, lifestyle, and safe herbal formulations. Since you have multiple chronic issues together, it is best not to start medicines on your own. I would recommend a detailed Ayurvedic consultation so a proper, individualized plan can be made for your digestion, energy, and liver health.

Hello, Your complaints are not only due to vitamin deficiencies. From an Ayurvedic point of view, long-standing IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome with diarrhea type) indicates chronic disturbance of Agni (digestive fire) and imbalance in Vata-Pitta dosha. Because your digestion is irregular, nutrients are not getting absorbed properly, which explains your weakness, lethargy, body and muscle pains even after vitamin correction. The frequent urge for bowel clearance after eating suggests an impaired gut-brain axis and high Vata movement. Grade-1 fatty liver indicates Mandagni (low metabolism) and accumulation of Ama (toxic undigested matter). Granulomas seen on chest X-ray need correlation, but generally, chronic gut imbalance and inflammation can reflect in other systems too. Some simple measures you can start with: 1. Eat at regular times, avoid repeated snacking. 2. Take easily digestible warm food khichdi, rice with moong dal, and light vegetable soups. 3. Avoid cold, stale, packaged, and oily food. 4. Practice deep breathing or short meditation daily to calm the gut–mind connection. 5. Maintain proper sleep and gentle exercise.
Next Steps
For long-term relief, a detailed examination (Nadi, Jihwa, Agni, Koshtha, etc.) is needed to design a personalized plan with Deepana-Pachana, Srotoshodhana, and Rasayana therapies. Please have a consultation with a good Ayurveda expert doctor. All the best!! 🙂👍
