Greetings, sorry to hear about your concern.
Having been diagnosed with fibromyalgia is not a big deal, how you handle it is makes a great difference.
Get a myofascial release massage from a physio and for constipation just by taking tablets your constipation will not settle down, drink lots of water and juices, eat lots of fibres and drink amla juice first thing in the morning.,cut or stop you coffee or tea intake if you have the habit, get into some exercise program involving stretching. Do the above for at least 4 months to see changes.
Get a good sleeping pattern practice which is mandatory,.
