Fibroids with Hyperplasia

Mother is diagnosed with fibroids for operation of hysterectomy is advised. A doctor also give indication of endometrial hyperplasia as per symptoms. My question is could we directly go for hysterectomy considering hyperplasia without any pre biopsy. Is it safe

its always better to go for biopsy first.. if biopsy s normal you cn even try medical management and avoid a major surgery hysterectomy. management changes according to biopsy reports

Tissue biopsy is compulsory.First get done D& C under anaesthesia.Endometrial tissue biopsy is must.After reports treatment plan will be easy.Agsin after hysterectomy biopsy of uterus is necessary.
