Fibroids issue

Hello doctors I have 3cm fibroids in uterus and also mild bulky uterus For this my dr prescribed me oral contraceptives pill for two month I have started this month and now my period is over still I am getting very little red discharge while urination. What is the reason. Do I need to talk to my Dr??
