An intramural fibroid with subserosal extension measuring 3.2*3.1 cm seen arising from the right lateral wall of uterus Few nabothian cyst noted in cervix largest measuring 0.8*0.5 cm A large multicasts cyst with diffuse low level internal echoes measuring 5.6*4*3.4 cms volume 40.9cc noted in right ovary What are the complications that I would be facing due to the above and what treatment does it require?
