Fibroids during early pregnancy scan

I had my 7 th week scan which showed only gestation sac but no fetal growth with no fibroids , after 2 weeks , scan was taken , embryo was there but no cardiac activity, fetus showed the growth of 6 to 7 weeks in the 2 nd scan and uterus results showed 16.7 mm x 10.2 mm fibroids in fundus of uterus . OB had prescribed me to take progesterone 200 mg daily for 2 times and weekly 200 mg susten progesterone injection . How could I got the fibroids in 2 weeks .??? Does the progesterone injection caused fibroids ?? I have taken previously 2 scans in 2022 where uterus was appeared normal ?? Please let me know. What caused this fibroids in 2 weeks
