If you have symptoms related to menses then only you need to take treatment if it is not bothering you no need to worry Better mention where it is located??? Depending on that it bothers you in pregnancy because there is a chance of increase in size during pregnancy

If it is causing symptoms like heavy bleeding, pain or difficulty while passing urine or stools, then it will require surgery. The size may increase during pregnancy and it might also cause pain during pregnancy. Sometimes depending on its position it could cause growth restriction of the baby.
